This is a good outline but its wrong. Theres no mention of bone structure. Im a big build so when i lose weight, my healthy target weight is 165-167. If i went by this chart, I’d be striving to be underweight, not healthy.
Please, talk to your dr and consider your frame before you drill that “magic” number in your mind.
